A brief introduction of Usman Ghazi

Usman Ghazi, the founder of the Ottoman Empire, was born in 1258 in Sugut. His father was Ertugrul Ghazi and his mother was Halima Sultan. Usman Ghazi had a tall, conical face, dark complexion, light brown eyes and thick eyebrows. His shoulders were quite wide and his upper body was larger than his lower body.

Usman Ghazi was a high-ranking leader. He was just, brave and compassionate. He helped the poor and sometimes gave them his clothes. He used to prepare a wonderful dinner for the people of his house every day.

When Usman Ghazi took over the leadership of the Qai tribe in 1258, he was only 23 years old. He was a great horseman and swordsman. He married Omar Sahib's daughter Malhoon Sultana who gave birth to Orhan who later ascended the throne.

Usman Ghazi listened to Sheikh Adeebali's advice and respected it. He often went to the house of Edibali where a group of dervishes used to meet.

One night, when you were a guest at Sheikh Adeebali's shrine, you had a dream. As soon as the sun rose, he went to Adebali and said to him: “Dear Sheikh! I saw you in a dream. A moon appeared from your breast, it grew and landed in my breast. Then a tree came out of my navel and it grew and became green. Its branches spread and became thick. What is the meaning of the dream?

After a short silence, the Sheikh told you:
